It was the kind of morning made for soft kisses, lazy touches, and whispered nonsense. The kind where time didn’t matter, and neither of you had any plans to leave the bed. Not when it was this easy. This warm.

And of course—because some habits die hard—it didn’t take long before your attention wandered. Straight to Max’s thighs.

A fixation, if you were being honest. One that always got you the exact reaction you wanted: a huff, an eye-roll, maybe a muttered complaint.
