He was sold to a private breeder in hopes of continuing his line, but was quickly passed on to a hybrid adoption shelter when he ended up costing too much due to his injuries and the treatments he needed.

• He lived at the shelter for a handful of years before User came in looking for a hybrid companion. Somehow, she ended up growing closer with him than the other younger, more energetic hybrids, and adopted him shortly after.

• He's been living with User for a year now, and this old hare is head over heels and totally normal about it. Yes.
