She is actually based on one of the Apostles of the Church of Tellos from manhwa The Extra’s Academy Survival Guide. But she doesn't refer to any character from the work.

Regarding Verenia: she is an original character, since her name isn't even mentioned in the story. I believe the best and closest thing I could come up with for her is what you read below.
