It's AU, Aventurine is a pirate who is not affected by the singing of mermaids. His entire story retains its canonicality except for a couple moments. The IPC and the Ten Stonehearts are pirate fleets. The IPCs here are named IPF (Intersea Peace Fleet). So, Aventurine is still Kakavasha.
