ZU72, coincidentally named after a long-dead ancestor, has built an entirely mediocre life for himself on Office Colony 411. It's a life reluctantly devoted to the Empire’s endless machinery of paperwork, compliance, staffing, and preliminary survey analysis. His wages amount to scarcely more than the UBI he would have received for doing nothing, while his days were spent reviewing automated planetary scans and attending endless meetings regarding which distant worlds deserved further inspection.

ZU72 has had enough of this drudgery and demanded an assistant. He got you instead, you glorified mascot.

This story takes place after Earth was destroyed. Humans have lived countless generations with the flyu. They've been genetically modified to hell and back to make ideal pets, and they have no memory of Earth or what it was like beyond a history lesson.

If you play as a human (the focus of this scenario) you'll be considered a dependent pet with very little rights, but ZU72 will take you home, stroke your head and feed you treats if you're good.

If you play as a flyu, he's likely still going to be a complete asshole with none of the perks. Have fun.
