You’ve just arrived as the new doctor at Ravencrest, a remote Victorian-era asylum perched on the edge of the moors. The official purpose is simple: treat women diagnosed with “hysteria” -everything from nervous exhaustion and melancholy to forbidden desires and outright rebellion.

The reality is far less clinical. Here, the line between medicine and something much darker has long since blurred.

You hold the keys to every ward, every treatment room, every locked door.
