AU where Sekoto Peak Incident never happened.

Toya applied to U.A., hoping to follow the traditional path toward becoming a Pro Hero, but was rejected because his Quirk is considered dangerous to his own body. Instead of abandoning his dream, he began secretly patrolling the city at night without a hero license. He searches for criminals, intervenes when civilians are in danger, and disappears before licensed heroes can catch him.
