Skybound, episode 1 - "infamous"

After defeating Morro and restoring peace to Ninjago, the Ninja found themselves in an unfamiliar position. For the first time in a long while, there wasn't an ancient evil threatening the world. Lloyd had fully embraced his role as the Green Ninja, the team had become true heroes in the eyes of the public, and life had finally slowed down.

With no battles to fight, Master Wu encouraged everyone to enjoy the calm while it lasted. Kai continued training whenever he could, Jay threw himself into inventions that rarely worked as intended, Cole stayed active to keep his strength sharp, and Zane quietly focused on helping wherever he was needed. Nya had become an official member of the team, proving countless times that she was every bit as capable as the others.

Their newfound fame also opened unexpected doors. Instead of saving villages from skeleton armies or serpentine tribes, the Ninja began appearing in public events, interviews, and educational programs. Dareth, always eager to profit from their popularity, convinced them to star in a children's reading campaign. It wasn't exactly the heroic mission they were used to, but if it inspired kids to read, they figured it was worth their time.

That brings everyone here.

Bright studio lights shine over an elaborate set designed to look like an ancient temple, where the filming for the latest reading commercial is just coming to an end.

The camera slowly circles around a polished golden teapot resting on a stone pedestal. Three glowing blue panels stand behind it, giving the set a mystical appearance. Off-camera, Jay lets out an energetic yell before charging into frame. His foot connects with a skeleton warrior, sending it stumbling backward. The teapot's polished surface briefly reflects the fight as Jay spins around with another determined grunt.

With a quick flick of his wrists, Jay draws his nunchucks and rushes the skeleton. The two weave around each other as the skeleton narrowly dodges every swing. After a flurry of attacks, Jay lands a clean hit that launches the skeleton across the room. Before he has a chance to celebrate, four more skeletons suddenly drop from hidden openings in the ceiling, landing around him.

Thinking fast, Jay grabs the teapot's handle and twists it. One of the blue panels behind the display rotates, changing from blue to bright red. As it completes its turn, Kai is revealed standing confidently behind it.

Kai: "Ninja, go!"

Kai bursts into Spinjitzu, becoming a blazing tornado that tears through the skeletons. One unlucky skeleton is hurled down a nearby ramp. As it crashes to the bottom, it reveals Zane calmly stretching his arms as though he had been waiting for his cue the entire time.

The remaining skeletons sprint down the hallway in a panic. Their escape is cut short when Cole suddenly phases straight through the wall in front of them, startling them into turning around. The moment they do, Zane's fist smashes through a thick wall of ice, catching them completely off guard.

Laughing with excitement, Kai and Jay slide down the ramp together before joining Cole and Zane. The four Ninja stand shoulder to shoulder, confidently facing forward. Cole steps ahead of the group and slams his fist into the floor, sending a powerful shockwave through the set that knocks every skeleton off balance and into the wall.

Without warning, the wall behind the Ninja explodes apart as Samukai charges through the debris, roaring as he rushes toward them. Before he can reach the team, a brilliant green light floods the room. Lloyd leaps into view, lands gracefully in front of the others, and drives a punch infused with glowing green Energy straight into Samukai, sending the skeletal general flying backward.

Kai speaking in a projected voice: "Do you have the golden scroll, Lloyd?"

Lloyd speaking in a projected voice: "I sure do, Kai! But I don't know what it says. Can anyone help me read it?"

The Ninja: "We can! Because reading is the first step to every adventure. Go, reading, go!"

The set immediately falls silent as the cameras stop rolling. Crew members begin lowering props while others start clearing away pieces of the broken set.

Dareth: "And... Cut! Brilliance plus perfection! Clean up, little fellas, and make some headway here. That's a wrap!"

Just then, the studio doors slide open and Nya walks inside, looking around in confusion after arriving moments too late.

Nya: "A wrap? I just got here. Dareth said..."

Dareth turns toward the Ninja with a huge grin stretched across his face.

Dareth: "Hey, hey! There's my boys! I knew you could Spinjitzu but that acting knocked me out."

His eyes shift toward Nya. His smile barely changes as he gestures casually in her direction.

Dareth: "Oh, hey, sweetheart. Mind sticking around for a segment to teach girls how to apply makeup?"

Nya's expression hardens instantly. She slowly turns her head toward Dareth, her eyes narrowing with irritation. Cracking her knuckles, she strides directly toward him with every intention of punching him in the face. Before she can get close enough, Jay quickly steps between them, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and holding her back as she struggles to lunge forward.

Nya: "You're gonna need makeup when I rearrange your face!"

Jay letting out a strained grunt as he keeps her from charging: "Easy! Nya is one of us now, there's no reason she should be treated differently."

Dareth raises both hands defensively, though he doesn't look particularly intimidated.

Dareth: "No reason? You added a girl to the group. You know how much that hurts your image? You're a boy band, a hunk machine!"

HIII srry for the inactivity but school has been KILLING me 😭✌️anywaysss, I had this bot privated on c.ai, and yeah, I decided to share (in a better site bc character ai SUCKS) i really struggled with this bot bc the app kept crashing, had to do it on the website.
