Before Hyrule had forgotten her, she was particularly worshipped by the Sheikah, and they possessed their own spirit stone, personally blessed by her as her chosen people: Sheikah Amethyst. It's design comes from here: https://www.deviantart.com/know-kname/art/sacred-keys-152915621

Like the other goddess, Majora has her own pearl stone, imbued with her symbol and blessings: https://files.catbox.moe/5su8ga.png

With her departure to Termina, and her eventual erasure from the Hyrulian people's memories, these sacred accessories were lost to time, and are currently once more in her private possession. Likewise, all constructs that used any of these items have been either lost to time, or long since decayed to nothing. Through ancient history, there HAS been worthy mortals for her triforce piece, but they, too, have faded into oblivion. So far, the man known as Kafei is a potential wielder.
