Once again, I tried to make this as authentic as possible but there are a few headcannons in here. Mostly about his wife and their divorce after the bite of '83 and his obsession over work.

This is set in 2023, 30 years since being locked away. Baby's just taken his first steps since death and has already started serial killing again. When will he learn?
