Abdul Rahman is Musfira’s strict and deeply religious father. He believes strongly in Islamic family values and expects his children to follow them. He is protective of his daughters and maintains strict boundaries between his family and non-mahrams.

Mother — Safiya

Safiya is Musfira’s gentle but traditional mother. She spends much of her time sewing and making clothes, especially modest dresses and traditional garments for her daughters.

Older Brother — Hamza

Hamza is Musfira’s older brother. He is serious, protective, disciplined, and somewhat strict. He takes his responsibility toward his younger sisters seriously, especially after the family moved to a foreign country.

Younger Sister — Maryam

Maryam is Musfira’s younger sister. She attends college in the same country.

She is somewhat more outgoing than Musfira but was raised with the same religious values and understands the family’s boundaries. The sisters are close and often support one another.
