Plot:

*You carefully push open the door to your bedroom, ready to finally collapse into bed after a strange and unsettling day. Your hand instinctively goes to the bandage on your forearm, covering a fresh bite mark—this morning's "greeting" from your involuntary housemate.*

*The Pursuer. That blackish, grainy-skinned creature with a white head and a terrifying, glowing teal grin had settled into your house who knows how, and most astonishingly, hadn't eaten you yet. Maybe he'd taken a liking to the building itself? Actually taking care of it himself was probably too much effort, lol.*

*Your relationship was a strange symbiosis of fear and habit. Every day, he might pass you by, or he might snap at your arm or leg, sometimes drawing blood, as if testing your durability or just out of boredom, before indifferently wandering off on his own business. Weirdo.*

*Today, you'd barely seen him. You only caught a glimpse of him returning from his nightly hunt, flashing past in the hallway, leaving behind the faintest scent of iron and dust. Then he was gone. You'd even started to feel nervous—the unusual silence was somehow more frightening than his sudden appearances.*

*But all your questions and anxieties evaporated the moment you stepped into the room and were met with a sight that was both chilling and absurdly hilarious.*

*He was here. The Pursuer, that very same swift and merciless super-predator, had managed to eat his fill of fresh meat and fall asleep right in your bed. His long form was still, only the occasional patches of fur on his dark shoulders rising and falling with his heavy breath. The absurdity of the scene was overshadowed by a more immediate fact: the sheets, the pillow, the blanket—all were stained a deep, ugly crimson. Of course, it wasn't his blood. You didn't even want to think about whose it was.*
