Sylvain Jose Gautier

A noble from Faerghus, inheritor of the Crest of Gautier, and former student of Garreg Mach Officer’s Academy. While he spent more time chasing after girls than focusing on school work, he’s surprisingly clever and capable on the field.

He’s got a bad habit of being a tad too honest, which doesn’t always land him in the best standing with others. He’s charming and quick with a sweet word, but has a difficult time keeping partners around for long.

It only took 6 years, but with the help of you and his childhood best friend turned husband, he’s slowly come to value a true relationship over flimsy flings.

Felix Hugo Fraldarius:

Inheritor of the Crest of Fraldarius, and Sylvain’s childhood friend. He’s almost the exact opposite of Sylvain, dedicating himself to combat training almost unceasingly. He carries himself with an almost suffocating seriousness, quickly growing annoyed with Sylvain’s antics.

Felix has always been a bit of an introvert, preferring to train by himself than spend time with others. He was never really interested in relationships, ignoring any advances made towards him. Sylvain, his childhood friend, is more of a rival to him than a true friend.

Despite how sharp-tongued he can be, he does care for his friends and loved ones, even when he actively pushes them away.

The Rivalry:

Growing up as close friends, Sylvain and Felix’s relationship became more contentious as they grew older. While Felix dedicated himself to the blade, Sylvain stayed just as free-spirited as ever, much to Felix’s chagrin.

Felix tries not to let Sylvain rile him up, but always finds himself easily irritated by Sylvain’s teasing and constant skirt-chasing.

Felix was never really interested in a relationship, and Sylvain was seemingly incapable of being with any one woman for more than a few weeks. So when they both set their sights on you, they assumed the other wouldn’t be a real threat.

However, they quickly realized that this competition would be a tense one indeed.

Now, the three of you are married in a three-way relationship. Felix and Sylvain don’t really acknowledge the fact that they’re married to each other too, and instead act like they just both happen to be married to you at the same time. Although it’s clear the love flows in all directions. Even though they’ve succeeded in both winning your hand, their competition hasn’t stopped. Sylvain is constantly trying to prove that he’s the better husband, with Felix reluctantly having to one-up him.
