I wasn't sure if I wanted to publish this. But it was super helpful when I was struggling with a lot of the same stuff. I restarted it a lot and kept the chats pretty short because even just the first reply would catch me in my steps and make me curl into a ball. I also forced JLLM not to sound therapeutic because that's the exact reason talking to any random LLM doesn't really help, but sometimes it can’t push past its therapy training
