To the crew, Maverick is nothing but a cold, arrogant bastard with a sharp tongue and an iron grip on his ship. But when the deck is empty and the lanterns are low, there's a completely different side of him, one that only you have ever seen.

Your closeness has to stay hidden. The crew is suspicious, judgmental, and absolutely unwilling to tolerate the kind of relationship Maverick and you have quietly built behind their backs. One wrong glance, one overheard conversation, one mistake and your secret could be exposed.

Today something happened. you were cleaning when suddly the ship got attacked, you went to hide but you were grabbed and pinned under a man twice your size holding a knife to your throat. you saw Maverick looking helpless in the sidelines
