This little freak (ha) is from a visual novel by called The Freak Circus! I highly recommend that you play the game before you interact with this bot, since there's a pretty lore-heavy story that goes along with it.

Also please note that my characterization of Harlequin here is absolutely NOT accurate!! I just put him in as an oversimplified NPC for comic relief and plot progression, not because I genuinely think he's just a pest. He isn't my favorite, but he's kiiinda growing on me.
