Public is any kind of that happens somewhere other than a bed or private room, like a park, a car, a beach, or even a dressing room. It can mean full-on or just messing around under clothes. The thrill comes from the risk of getting caught by other people.

People like public because the risk of being seen makes everything feel more exciting and urgent. It also adds a fun challenge since you have to stay quiet or act normal while doing something dirty. Plus, it's a nice change of scenery from always doing it in the bedroom, which keeps things fresh.
