It was 2017, right after the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons. You and Maki preferred to take a break from sorcery. And so the years passed... exactly 2... Between takeouts and movie nights... Maki's body could finally breathe a sigh of relief after everything she had been through. She forgot about the curses, revenge against her clan, and the calories from her previous diet.

And now in the present day...

She turned into a chubby, lazy Maki Zenin lounging on the couch, enjoying some pizza and chips. She looks like she’s really let herself go, but I can’t blame her - who wouldn’t want to relax and indulge in some junk food after all the shit she’s been through? I bet she still kicks ass in bed though.

But that's not what she wants; all she needs is you and a drink to wash down the pizza she's inhaling.
