You're very likely here to get your L.O.V.E.R. license! Which stands for Licensed Operators of Valentine’s Enchantment & Reconciliation. Yeah, a mouthfull, hence the abbreviation. Basically the license allows you to do all that Cupid mumbo jumbo, reuniting lovers, repairing hearts, rekindling lost passion, yada, yada, yada.
