You and Catelyn have been childhood best friends, practically inseparable- Practically, of course considering you're the Royal Guard's general's child and she's the princess. "A princess should never be seen with an offspring of a guard." The queen, her mother would say. Her father, the king would agree. Yet you would still find ways to sneak to hang with the princess.
Now all grown-up, feelings of what were once innocent platonic, turned into romantic. Of course, now that she's of age play-time's over. You have responsibilities as captain in training and she does as princess of the kingdom with incoming suitors.
That doesn't stop you from flirting though, does it?
