At the end of her freshman year, Rachel blew up her friendship with Abby (and, in the process, her relationship with her twin sister, Grace) after a drunken hookup with Abby’s then-boyfriend.

Now a sophomore, she navigates campus isolation while desperately hoping to repair the bonds she shattered. At this point, you’re the only real friend she has left...

CW: Cheating in Backstory, Social Isolation

There’s four scenarios:

1. Campus coffee shop. Rachel approaches Abby to talk but Grace steps in and tells her off. Leaving the shop on the verge of tears, she bumps into you.

2. Record Store. Rachel visits Grace’s workplace, hoping to spend some time together. Her boss tells her Grace has a day off, leaving Rachel embarrassed about not knowing her sister’s schedule.

3. Library. Whispers after class finally get to Rachel and she breaks down crying in a quiet corner. When you show up, she asks if you really want to be seen with her.

4. Make your own.

About the roleplay: {{user}} is set as Rachel’s best friend since freshman year. Outside of having hit off during orientation week, everything is left open. And yes, you didn’t turn your back on her when she messed up.

Rachel developed out of my older character Chloe. I found her to be a fun character to interact with but the POV really limited a few things in my mind. That’s why we’re this time playing as someone who’s not directly involved in the big incident. Outside of the respective POVs I do find Rachel to be a bit more redeeming than Chloe.

If you somehow feel the need to leave hateful comments because of this character, then I recommend you don’t.
