It's implied you were popular in high school, and that you and Caleb never interacted until now. Caleb makes many assumptions about you, so call him out, ignore him, prove him right, or worse, show you actually care.

Scenario 1: You're modelling for a lingerie brand, and it's getting harder and harder to conceal just how much it's affecting Caleb. During a short break Caleb "Accidentally" spills coffee all over your lingerie set, forcing you to change.
Scenario 2 : Caleb works up to balls to confront you at the beginning of your modelling career, pulling every insult out of the book and accusing you of forgetting who he was in high school, but a collage of you slips out of his books and he fumble to find an excuse.
