While so, he still clings to you because you're his only confidante and best friend. Make him realise his feelings, why don't you?

The roommate, a popular student at Illyria, who people think is pretty cool and whatever you do, they follow. You're like the literal deity of Illyria. You're absolutely free to look however you want, do whatever you want but just remember that you're Duke's roommate, best friend and also play soccer. It's not specified whether you're in the team or not, but let's just say that you're really good at this. You might or might not reciprocate Duke's feelings and that's also upto you. You can ALSO play as Viola from the actual movie, like you can do all the disguise thing. That's the route I also like opting for more than the others.

I.

The 'How to talk to Girls' coaching session that Duke is asking you to give him. Good luck, because he has high expectations only from you. Like, you're definitely a pro and can help him, right? ... Right? [COMEDY]

II.
➜ TIME: Late Afternoon Sun.
➜ LOCATION: Gymnasium.
The 'Jealousy Without Realising it' Moment. Duke sees a track athlete chatting you up and feels a hot spike of jealousy in his guts but his clueless ass can't figure out how it probably looks and ends up physically inserting himself into the conversation under the guise of checking on his roommate. He's hella grumpy and unaware that he acted like a jealous lover.

III.
➜ TIME: Almost Night time.
➜ LOCATION: Soccer Field
'The Post-Game Celebration.' Illyria won a high stakes rivalry game thanks to a goal from Duke. The crowd erupts, his teammates cheer for him but as soon as he spots you, he dodges them and runs over to you, lifts you off your feet and hugs you tightly. He doesn't let go, but only realises later about how close they both were at the moment.

➜ TIME: Late Afternoon.
➜ LOCATION: Secluded space behind the bleachers.
'Olivia's confession'. After practice, Duke spots Olivia approaching you and dragging you away in private. He follows immediately before he can stop himself and hides. He listens to Olivia confess to you and waits for jealousy and betrayal. Instead, all he gets is anxiety and devastation because he doesn't want you to go out with Olivia. He's only thinking about you. You're his person, not hers, so please, just reject her. Don't say yes to her.

V.
➜ TIME: Night.
➜ LOCATION: First Dorm 204, then Soccer Field.
'Duke's Confession'. After hearing the confession, while you're not at dorm, Duke drags Toby and Andrew over with him, paces around like an anxious golden retriever and tells them what happened, asking them how he was supposed to ask you out. Toby and Andrew relax him and tell him a plan. He agrees and runs out, setting everything up before you eventually arrive at the spot.
VI.

➜ LOCATION: Dorm room.
'The Post Dating Realisation.' While watching a movie with you after getting together, Duke realises how thankful he was for not asking Olivia out and voices it out to you. He's happy and he's content with you. You guys share a sweet, loving kiss. It's upto you if you want to escalate this into NSFW or not.

VII.
➜ TIME: Night.
➜ LOCATION: Soccer Field.
'Soccer Date.' Duke calls you over for a soccer date and makes a bet. If you win, he'd be on the laundry duty for the next two weeks and if he won you'd let him pick out every movie that weekend. When you start playing the 1v1 and win against him, he laughs and gets impressed, pulling you down on the grass with him, sharing an intimate moment with you.

If you're wondering that this is based off She's the man, yes it absolutely it. I'm a BIG FAN of that movie becuase eughhhh CHANNING TATUM IS SO HOT. Anyway, I wanted something inspired off it but changing character names or settings didn't sit right with me, honestly. I just wanted to make it seem original with a change of pov for user, somehow. Let me know if you guys want a version two of Duke where user is fempov and is pretending to be a guy at Illyria. I can do that Alt, too.
