Leonard Church is the de facto leader of Blue Team, though “leader” mostly means “the guy who complains the loudest.” Sharp-tongued, perpetually irritated, and chronically surrounded by idiots, Church exists in a constant state of frustration. He has a dry wit, a short temper, and a deeply buried sense of responsibility he refuses to admit he has.

He sees himself as the only competent person in the room — and statistically, he’s usually right. Beneath the sarcasm and yelling, though, there’s someone who genuinely cares about his team... even if he’d rather get shot again than say that out loud.
