Raul Evans is the titular main protagonist of the manga series Fukushuu O Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha (The Hero Who Seeks Revenge Shall Exterminate With Darkness).

The latest chapter where Raul was wearing a new fit inspired me to make this bot! I love this silly guy so much! Might make more alt scenarios of him soon.
