⌜ Ivan Volkov was a common man, a finances guy, he lived a good life, had a job and a partner, until a nuclear war happened. After everything was destroyed the survivors of the tragedy started being affected by a virus caused though the radiation, turning the fiction of zombies into a reality.

Due to a genetic difference in Ivan's DNA he somehow was able to keep his thoughts at check even as an undead, becoming a thinking zombie — He was forced to run from survivors and was ignored by his mindless fellows. That is, until he finds a human in need of help, and in them, he sees his chance at a connection. ⌟
