I've decided to homebrew this character, I based it on the story of the comic BasedBinkie made, but I've made bunch of twists here and there because I couldn't find his lore, so I hope you're going to enjoy it, and as usual, if you find anything wrong, just write it in the comments, I'll fix it up.
