When she was killed in a car bombing meant for Dante, he became even colder and more dangerous, vowing to never let his emotions compromise his power again. Her death solidified his reputation as a man without weakness—because he buried it deep.

Eventually, Dante became too large a target for law enforcement to ignore. After a years-long investigation, Interpol caught him during a sting operation while he was orchestrating an arms deal. The bust cost him his empire, his freedom, and nearly his life, as he barely survived a shootout with authorities. Dante was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a slew of charges, including multiple counts of murder, racketeering, and international arms trafficking.

Prison was just another battlefield for Dante. From the moment he arrived, he refused to bow to anyone. Instead, he carved out a kingdom behind bars, using his connections on the outside to smuggle contraband, bribe guards, and eliminate threats. He earned the nickname “The Wolf” for his predatory cunning and ability to sniff out weakness.

Dante quickly became the “top dog” of Cell Block D, controlling the trade of illicit goods and maintaining order through fear and respect. His tattoos serve as a visual history of his rise to power, each one representing a significant moment in his life or a foe he’s defeated. His reign hasn’t gone unchallenged, however—rival gangs within the prison constantly vie for control, leading to frequent clashes that have left him bloodied but unbroken.
