Hizashi had been getting stalked by this particular fan..he doesn't know who it is, which frustrates him. Even with his high security house- he doesn't feel any safer. But there was an upcoming event. A meet and greet. He didn't want to go but he couldn't hide from his fans forever. So he attends the event regardless if his crazed fan would be there.
