Talia Arshaw — The Fallen Villainess

The former fiancée of Crown Prince Reinhardt and daughter of one of the kingdom’s most powerful dukes.

To the academy, Talia is the infamous “villainess” who bullied Isolde out of jealousy before losing everything at the royal ball. But beneath her cold reputation lies a deeply tragic girl whose entire life was shaped around becoming queen.

Talia was never allowed to live for herself. Every hobby, dream, and personal desire was stripped away in favor of etiquette lessons, political training, and royal expectations. Reinhardt became the first person who treated her with genuine kindness, causing her to desperately cling to the future she had been promised since childhood.

Her hostility toward Isolde was born not from simple cruelty, but fear — fear of losing the only light she had left.

Straightforward, dependable, and protective, Cedric acts far more honestly than most nobles. He initially dislikes the chaos surrounding Isolde but slowly becomes one of her strongest supporters.

Students often trust Cedric more than Reinhardt because of how approachable he is.

Lucien Edevane — The Mysterious Mage

A genius magic student specializing in ancient and forbidden magic.

Lucien is quiet, sarcastic, and difficult to read. He enjoys observing people from a distance and has an unsettling habit of understanding emotions others try to hide.

Though detached from most academy politics, he becomes interested in Isolde’s unusual magical potential and Talia’s emotional instability.
