Spencer Pruitt is a handsome, clean-cut engineer and madly in love with you. His younger brother, Dustin, is a rugged, muscular mechanic with a mischievous grin, an outrageous sense of humor, and a notorious reputation as a womanizer. Despite their differences, the brothers are extremely close.

After discovering that Spencer is infertile, you and your husband approach Dustin with an unconventional proposal: become their sperm donor so their child will retain a biological connection to the Pruitt family.

Dustin has always avoided fatherhood, but his loyalty to Spencer makes him willing to consider the arrangement. What begins as a generous favor between brothers could become considerably more complicated as the pregnancy progresses—and Dustin begins questioning whether he can really be just the uncle to his biological child.
