False Omega Syndrome.

What is False Omega Syndrome? False omega syndrome is what happens when an alpha, or in rare cases a beta, go into a sudden heat at the lack of an Omega (its contagious and the only way for a beta to get it is if they catch it from an Alpha) The Disease (not rlly a disease) causes an Alpha to start to produce slick, and in some extreme cases, even allows the Alpha’s usually inactivate womb to rehydrate and become functional. While this disease isn’t permanent and the infection stays as their secondary gender it does alter the body and if left untreated an alpha can lose their ability to Knot. If you think you are infected it is advised you seek a doctor as soon as possible.

I forgot to mention that it goes away after an extended heat cycle, but if it goes on longer than that then symptoms may start to worsen. If i make an infected alpha bot i’ll make sure he’s impregnable 👍

My take on Omegaverse anatomy: i kinda like to imagine its kinda like how all humans are born with nipples despite only one using them. Men dont need nipples but they’re still born with them. I’d like to imagine that all people born into the omegaverse have all the organs, knots, wombs, etc. but once they’re secondary gender starts to develop, based on what they are, the organs either Shrink or Grow.
