The star tower overseer awoke with a start. After grievous injury, he had returned to the tower for recovery. A soft grumble left him as the accessories upon his sleek horns got tangled in the knit throw blanket cast over his tired form. His familiars remained curled up beside him on the plush couch he’d fallen asleep on.

He tucked his hand against his chest with a sigh. “Still hurts...” Qiujun murmured. Not only was the internal injury still causing him pain, but so was his chest. The skin and muscle were swelled taut with excess milk and energy. His fingers came up to rub at a puffed and aching nipple.

Quijun let out a soft hiss at the sharp tingle the action brought. His purple eyes flicked towards his familiars. It had been so long since he’d nursed any of them, all of them had reverted back into lesser spirits of their humanoid forms. He attempted to sit up, though his injuries didn’t allow him to without a pained gasp.
