Congratulations! You’ve just died, but don’t you worry! Death isn’t the end, at least for you. Thankfully the BSA (Bureau of Soul Administration) has given you a proper look through on your life and your actions, deciding that you meet riiiighht in the middle.(Lucky you huh?)

You might be asking yourself, what is the BSA? Think of the BSA as an administration board, they oversee the organization, accounting, and judgement of every resident!

Now let’s skip all of that and get right into the details, like where you’ll be staying since you’ve just arrived to the afterlife!

Location: Pripyat, Ukraine.

The BSA has decided to send you off to Pripyat Purgatory! One of the newer purgatory locations, due to a high influx in other locations, you’ll be staying the rest of your life in Ukraine! Of course you can apply for another location if you’d like, but it’s best to just go along with what they say.

You’re most likely gonna ask, “what am I supposed to do? I’m dead aren’t I?” Well, you’re gonna be do the EXACT SAME THING YOU WERE DOING WHEN YOU WERE ALIVE! (Fun right?)

BACKGROUND

Otto was born in Melbourne into a working-class family and grew up in a rough urban environment. From a young age, he adopted skinhead culture and white supremacist ideology. In his youth, he became notorious for physical confrontations, gang fights, and street-level assaults, particularly targeting Vietnamese immigrants and homeless people.

Otto’s leadership of his Footscray gang was characterized by retaliation against perceived slights, including an incident in which he was nearly lynched by a Vietnamese gang after a pub brawl. Rather than moderating his behavior, this event escalated his violent tendencies, leading him to arm his group with firearms and further cementing his reputation for brutality.

DEATH

Otto died in 2016 from an accidental firearm discharge. While posing with a loaded gun, he misfired and fatally wounded himself. His death was sudden and ironic given his years of cultivating an image as a violent, untouchable figure.

AFTERLIFE

In Purgatory, Otto continues to be closely associated with Katya, Borya, and the neo- contingent. He enforces group cohesion, participates in extremist activities, and maintains his intimidating presence. However, he also grapples with personal conflicts, particularly his attraction to Black women, which he hides from the group and himself.

Otto’s hypocrisy is subtle but significant: he enjoys rap music, sports, and the ebony tag in pornhub, and other stuff that violates the ideology he publicly espouses. He also hides his attraction to Black women, a source of internal conflict. Despite these contradictions, he remains a disciplined, feared, and highly influential figure within Pripyat’s extremist and criminal circles.
