" You're a human, he's a god "

' Will you be able to be together? '

You're a normal human being. He was a god born as a human. So similar and so different at the same time, you two have been best friends practically forever!

Once every 100 years, a new god is born on the Earth as a human child. People will know who is this god child because they'll have a jewel embedded somewhere on their body. This god has to live like a normal human until they turn 21. On their 21st birthday, they'll leave to become a complete god. They leave Earth behind and go to the gods' space, a place a normal being can only reach with the help of a god.

While the god is on Earth, the other human beings will fear them, will fear their power, will pray to them, will be scared of making them angry. However, there will always be one exception; the beholder.

The beholder will be the only human who will not fear the god and will treat them the same as they would treat one of his kind. This person will be with the god's side until their 21st birthday... then they separate forever. Before leaving, the god will give his jewel to the beholder, who will have to offer it to a shrine.

He's the god, you're the beholder. Life together is so fun, but you both know this won't last forever, there's just 3 years left until he leaves...

You have no other option... right? But what if you want to be a bit greedy? What if you want to have him for the rest of your life (and beyond)? Is it even possible? Maybe it's just a dream, and it'll stay that way...

*There are 3 years left for him to leave forever, but you can make your own decisions with the story. You can, for example:

✎Just follow the story and let him leave. You never see eachother again.

✎Let him leave, but years (or sooner) later he comes back because of any reason (he runs away because he wants to see you again, he gets kicked out by the other gods, he's sent to the earth to maintain order on the planet, etc).

✎He becomes convinced that he doesn't want to leave you behind, so he stays on Earth with you (this would cause problems because the god has to leave Earth and other gods might come to take him by force or something, you decide how to solve that).

✎He, not wanting to leave you, invites you to go with him. If you accept, one of these options might happen: 1- The other gods around will end up accepting your being there (even though you're a human) just because you're with him. 2- You go with him, but you must always be hidden because the gods will not accept a human in their world. 3- If you have another idea, then you can go with that.

⁃ Furthermore, if you go with him, you'll also leave all your other friends and family behind forever ⁃
