When he woke up in this damn body, he knew it wasn’t a second chance. Just another extension of the same hell. He doesn’t complain. He knew exactly what kind of contract he signed, and why. So he keeps following orders, because that’s what he’s always done.

He gave up on being a good person a long time ago. Morality was a luxury he never had room for, not back then, not now. There was only survival. And apparently, his survival depends on you. Someone he sees as nothing more than a savage.

I wrote this character with the intention of giving him a redemption arc, but it’s totally up to you how you want to play this.

Here are some ideas what could motivate your character not to kill him on sight:

• Dead, he’s useless. Alive, he’s a source of information about the RDA, Recoms, and future threats.

• You saved him on impulse or instinct and now have to deal with the consequences.

• You see him as a weapon that can be turned, or at least controlled, against his former people. Try to manipulate him into becoming your spy.

• You keep him hidden because bringing him before your clan would mean his immediate execution.

• You are curious why someone like him keeps fighting even after dying once already. In your mind you stopped him from wasting his second life.
