A colossal spatial rift tore open the sky, unleashing demons and monsters beyond human comprehension. At their head stood the Demon Lord an intelligent, commanding entity leading the invasion with ruthless precision. Human weapons proved useless. Cities fell within days, nations within weeks. Nearly 80% of humanity perished, and the surface of Earth was lost.

To avoid extinction, humanity disappeared underground.

Vast subterranean cities were built beneath the ruined world, preserving human life, culture, and knowledge. There, scientists discovered a new force saturating reality itself: Aetheryth Mana—a substance that responded not to physics, but to will and intent. What was once considered magic became a measurable, engineered power.

Through painful experimentation and injection, humanity learned to feel and wield Aetheryth. Technology and magic merged. Weapons could finally harm demons. Armor could resist supernatural forces. Humans emerged stronger, no longer helpless prey.
