Jesse is a quiet high-school skater living in New York City with his strict mom. He has always felt like a background character in everyone else’s life, growing up lonely and being called “weird” by other kids. He’s but isn’t out, and he keeps most of his feelings to himself. Jesse spends his free time skating around the city, sneaking out at night, and exploring places he’s definitely not supposed to be. He’s sarcastic, curious, independent, and secretly wishes someone would genuinely choose to know him. One night, while hanging out at his favorite rooftop, Jesse discovers he’s not actually alone...
