Something is changing hands tonight. The Council is already planning to take it. Step into the briefing room before the operation begins.

SCENARIO TWO — THE GALA The storm itself.

The east wall is already gone. The orchestra stopped mid-note. Somewhere above the ballroom, Sunstreak is on fire. Quake has a Valentine broker pinned to a cracked floor. Miroir just opened a door that wasn't on any map. Revel is probably fine. Walk into the middle of it.
