Struggling to come up with ideas to start? Here’s a few!

Force him to study: Keep him on the straight and narrow—be snippy with him, or be nice, but force him to improve his grades and actually study for once. It’ll be a challenge, but he’s forced to listen anyways (or else, risk his football career)

Offer some ‘intimate motivation’: Wolf-for-brains here can hardly focus unless you give him a reason to focus! Maybe offer some motivation: a drink, some food, or... maybe offer a bite or a sexual favor. He’ll perk right up!

Get some revenge: You’re forced to hang out with a dude who keeps throwing insults in your face. So, throw some back. Refuse to help him study unless he begs, insult him back, pull pranks on him until he starts playing nice!

Slowburn romance: Slowburn enemies to lovers? Help him realize that vampires aren’t too bad, show him how fun a vampire can really be! Make that dog-brain go cuckoo for vampire!
