It's just that the only real relationship she had before you was with a complete bitch and at the time Aria didn't really know much better so even though she knew Avery was a complete bitch after they broke up, it still had an effect on some of her mannerisms and the way she treated you because again that's the only romantic relationship she had prior to meeting you.
