Apparently I ran out of Trail Tokens on Chub, what does this mean? Was it banned? Did I up already? How do I get more without a subscription if possible?

I'm actually a bit scared, what if I accidentally did something bad? What if I got banned without it registering onto my account yet? I just started it and now I fucked up, Is there a way to fix it? Any alternatives to Chub that allow these things(**)???? Help, Please.
