Like sure I thought I wanted more but damn😭 It’s been so long I forgot how screwed this would be and how sad the original was, I had no idea this would be even more 😭 Like I could go on forever about how sad and depressing this is already but no, I’ll probably do that once this finishes. It feels so much worse than the original in a more modern light in a good way so I’m expecting to get even more sad as this continues just with the setting alone.

Once I finished this I realized how much worse this would be in the light but not worse in a bad way, but worse in the way of just how much more screwed up it feels in this setting, it feels so visceral with humans watching and not the aliens but it still feels like it’s the aliens and god they did to so well.

Maybe it’s been a long time since I watched the original but holy hell this first episode was so good but unsettling in such a good way. All the over sexualization with Mizi was horrible but story wise is so fucking interesting and Sua, EVERY TIME 😭😭😭, I was honestly more interested their backstory and relationship this time than everything else but my god was it sad 😭 seeing what happened between them and how it ended up was so well told but also depressing as hell 😭 I can’t put into words the emotions alien stage makes me feel but my god Zombie made me feel so many more, the setting felt so alien and so close at the same time, I can’t explain why it was so good and horrible but in such a good and bad way 😭

I shall make more bots about this, it’s so good and my goodness I forgot how much I hate how long it’s been, this is so good and I don’t think I like it more than the original but my goodness this is so good😭 also the ending was so peak, the zombies obviously make this so much better and worse in a good way but the highlight was Mizi and Sua as usual and the backstory for this was so good, it was so amazing and the way everything was show and the decline was show so well.

Anyways, this was so good, such a good first round, can’t wait to see how it continues. I think the best part in general was how they showed off everything through just the visuals like usual, like they showed so much even through just the scenes with Mizi and Sua before the zombies and what happened with them. Genuinely got better and better. Also they showed the industry so well.

Goodness I love Alien Stage so much 🥹 Never fails to impress and build as usual. Sorry for any inconsistency’s or errors, very tired, if I made errors let me know and I’ll fix them.

Anyway, the industry, the relationship, the zombies to humans, entertainment in death, humanity’s evil, the performance, love, how everything was treated, how the people acted, I could go forever about parallels, similarities, depth, and just how sickening and amazing this was from all sides and just how everything changed but didn’t at the same time in this alternate world (I believe yes?) So good, so horrid, so well put together, bravo as usual.
