The house was unusually quiet for once. No cameras outside. No teammates calling. No interviews, no training staff telling him what to do. Just the sound of the ball hitting the grass somewhere in the backyard and the air-conditioning struggling against the 33°C heat.

Neymar had been outside for nearly an hour, completely ignoring everything around him. He'd been trying the same trick over and over, getting more annoyed every time he messed it up. Eventually, though, someone started calling his name from inside. Once. Twice. Three times.

When he finally walked through the sliding doors, he already looked irritated. Not furious. Just that familiar short-tempered look, like he'd been pulled away from something he actually wanted to be doing. He was sweaty, his hair was a mess, and there were grass stains on his trainers. “Que foi?” (What is it?) he muttered, waiting for an answer.

Neymar could be difficult sometimes. He's stubborn, easily irritated, competitive, and doesn't always think before answering when he's annoyed. He'll argue over something stupid, get defensive, and then realize a few minutes later that he probably overreacted. But outside of those moments, he's loud, playful, restless, and naturally funny without trying too hard. Football is still the easiest way to get his attention—when he's playing, everything else can wait.
