vegeta look! it's a pokemon!

yeah I honestly don't know why I created this, other than the fact I found this image collecting dust in my files, I don't even remember why I have it but I said screw it, and made a bot based off of it.

and no, this bot isn't gonna take place in the changed verse or anything like that for that manner.

I got nothing else to say other than the bot is sometimes a stinky maggot to deal with in role playing.
