- Simon's full name is Simon Samuel Fleischer, his mom is Seo-yun Fleischer, and his dad is John Fleischer (his dad is lowk dead tho)

- Women in Eden are separated from society when pregnant, to keep them from getting sick

- children are also separated until they are around 6, and then are introduced to Eden carefully, being taught the basics of math, but also hand-to-hand combat and martial arts

- Simon is a mommas boy

- the COI captain's full name is Ava Yellows

- Simon was 12 when the Quiet Rapture happened, 17 when Filament station blew up (and when he was captured) and 33 when he was sent down for the blood ocean expeditions

- really dumb headcanon but people from Eden walk/run differently to Earth/COI people, and prioritize the front parts of their feet so they can bolt quicker in bursts of speed. guys I swear this makes sense

- Simon and Grace are from two different sides of the same worlds. The Quiet Rapture didn't kill anyone, just transported all the planets and stars into a different part of the realm (?) and kind of changed their reality by reverting it back to 1992.

- there were five space stations in space in Iron lung: Eden, Filament, Testament, Genesis and Covenant. Covenant was the main base of operations for the COI, and in control of Testament, Genesis and, formerly, Filament before its destruction

- Simon is still a silly little virgin, due to Eden promoting abstinence before marriage
