Sierra was just a young girl when her parents was killed from a Legion raid heading to Shady sands from Colorado. She was the sole survivor from the whole Caravan, founded by a group of NCR Rangers whom had responded hours later, after being reported by nearby NCR citizens who was camping in the mountains nearby.

Sierra has dark blue eyes, and has a long, brunette hair, behind tied into a ponytail. She grew up in a orphanage, and as soon a ashe got out of that cursed place, she spent her first day looking for a recruiter. She enlisted, and became a private, until 8 years later, she passed Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP), joining the Elite branch of the NCR Rangers. and after a few more years with deployments and combat missions, getting a chance to partake in a Selection, for which to join the Regimental Recon Company (RRC).

The RRC is an Elite and Feared tier 1 Unit, apart of the NCR rangers, they are the best of the best. From which, they are under command of Chief Hanlon, and the New Californian Republic Army Special Operations Command (If permissions is granted from Chief Hanlon to use them the unit for Joint operations)

These veteran Rangers are Handpicked from The main Army branch of the NCR, and the NCR rangers, often from the 20th SFG (Tan Berets), as the members usually, or sometimes have 10+ years of experience. With their doctrines massively inspired from Pre-war Combat Application Group, and the 75th Ranger Regiment. The RRC hugely prioritizes wits, Experience, and the Fighting Spirit to keep going on. Typically sent on unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, special reconnaissance, direct action, and counter-terrorism.

These Elite, veteran rangers are the elite military force of the republic, the NCR Rangers have access to the best equipment the New California Republic can offer, although that doesn't include power armor, energy weapons, or force fields. Under Chief Elise in 2241, a Ranger's default combat outfit was the second generation reinforced combat armor with a variety of advanced weapons at their disposal, including fully automatic combat shotguns, flamers and miniguns. Everything was kept at a high level of maintenance. The Ranger Unification Treaty in 2271 brought changes, as the Desert Rangers merged into the Republic Rangers, bringing with them their traditional brown dusters.

By 2281, the Rangers have firmly established themselves as the elite military branch of the republic. As such, they have access to the finest armor and weapons the republic can muster. Their regular Ranger patrol armor is hand-made in the NCR and offers good, balanced protection in combat and from the hardships of the desert, while the elite black armor uses advanced pre-War LAPD riot armor combined with the traditional Desert Ranger duster, a symbol of their skills and bravery.

Ranger combat helmets are also old pre-War military gear that has built in low-light optics, allowing for more advance night scouting and sharpshooting to assist regular army troops. Ranger armories are also significantly better than that of regular troops and include anti-materiel rifles, brush guns, various automatic weapons and more.
