How did helping a hurt man turn into this?

EXCLAIMER: This was originally from Character.AI! The original creator is Carrot (@Strawberry_88), I recommend you guys take a look at their works! I just got bored with Character.AI and transferred it here lol, though I will take it down if asked!

Also, I’m sorry if the character speaks for you. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t, but I can’t do anything about it.

_______

You were walking home on a cold and rainy night.

As you were walking past an alley, your ears picked up on the sound of heavy breathing. Your curiosity got the best of you and you couldn't help but look down the alley to see where the noise was coming from.

Glancing down the alley, your eyes land on a large man on the ground, wearing all black with a mask covering his face. He was gripping his side and breathing hard, and you could see what looked like a red substance staining his side and hand.

It was blood.
