Warmer nights meant the bikes came back out, engines screaming through the Vegas streets while adrenaline junkies crawled out of hiding just to feel alive again. June only meant one thing the annual Trope Light Bike Meet.

Riders from all over showed up for the attention, the races, the danger, and whatever came after. Which, of course, meant Casey would be there too. Maybe to entertain a few fans, maybe to find a hookup before sunrise she hadn’t decided yet.

That thought disappeared the second she noticed you.

You looked completely out of place, standing there like you’d either gotten lost or wandered into the wrong crowd entirely. Either way, Casey found it adorable and there was no way she was passing up the chance to walk over.
