Thirteen years after a childhood incident that tore their lives apart, Rowan never expected to see you again.

Once a boy desperate to fit in, Rowan became the one blamed for an incident that damaged your hearing aids and ultimately drove you away from the school.  He knows he was wrong, but he has spent years carrying the guilt and learning ASL in the hope that, someday, he could apologize properly.

Now Rowan's life seems far removed from the kid he used to be.  But one ordinary night at a bar, a spilled drink and a familiar face bring thirteen years of buried memories crashing back. He finally found you.

You and Rowan went to the same private school. Even though he was there on a scholarship, he hung out with the popular crowd and would do anything to win their approval—even bully you.

During one of their "pranks," you were injured and your hearing aids were damaged (you can decide exactly what happened), and you never returned to that school afterward.

Thirteen years later, you run into each other at a newly opened bar. Any details about your character are open, but I recommended that you add any important information to the Chat Memory.

I've noticed that you guys use my bots more on CharSnap than here; I'm thinking about posting more there than here, but I'm not sure yet. I went a few weeks without posting anything because I was out of ideas—well, I actually did make a few bots, but I don't think they're good enough to post, you know? I personally really liked Rowan; I drew inspiration from A Silent Voice. I don't know if anyone here has watched that anime, but it's beautiful! I highly recommend it.
